Requests for an Ensemble CMS site will be considered by University Relations, the university sponsor of the CMS, on the first and third Monday of each month. “First come, first served” will generally guide decisions. If there are conflicting requests, they will be resolved according to the priority list below.
Please note that a prerequisite to securing an Ensemble CMS site is the completion of the “Using Ensemble CMS” course by all CMS users. A certificate of completion is awarded at the conclusion of the course, which is offered several times a year through the Faculty Development Institute. Only upon certification will website contributors be issued an Ensemble CMS account.
Site that are participating in the CMS pilot phase are noted in BOLD. If your unit is not listed below, don’t fret; most colleges, departments, and units are eligible to use Ensemble CMS.
